Mining finance is now available from private investors. Our mining finance investors are seeking projects worldwide, but particularly in Australia, which may have been underway but have now stalled due to lack of funding.

Our mining finance investors have more than $50 billion to lend for mining projects and are looking to Australia because of our relatively stable economy and quality resources.

Quick mining finance is available for both in-ground assets and assets above ground where, for example, iron ore may have been fully mined but the products never shipped off the property.

If the mine is currently active, owned free and clear and the applicant has a current geological report, they are in a strong position to obtain mining finance.

However, the days of throwing money at mining projects based on nothing but a few gold painted rocks are well and truly over. Our investors are demanding full documentation before they will consider moving ahead and the pretenders are weeded out quickly.
